A Beginning Born of a Dream and a Drink
It is said that in 1989, two old friends were sipping on a glass of Scotch while poring over their worries about the impending recession. Despite their success in the modular home business, they could see the industry waning and wondered aloud if it was time to try something new.
Fueled by a leap of faith and, perhaps, some liquid courage, the two soon developed the “log cabin park model” - blending the most popular features of a modular home, a tiny home, and a traditional log cabin.
Today, Mountain View Custom Log Cabins is the beneficiary of that spirited brainstorming session and a proud manufacturer of custom log park models.
